The Practice Partnership finds success is the best therapy
Complementary health clinic opens in York
New business, The Practice Partnership is going from strength to strength since the recent launch of its new practice, The Clinic on the Green.
The Practice Partnership opened the first of its planned clinics in York after securing premises in a deal worth over ?400,000, with funding from Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank.
The three directors, Lance Kearon, Elaine Wilson and Russell Bailey are all fully qualified and accredited practitioners with strong business backgrounds.
Knowing that complementary healthcare can provide tremendous benefits to overall health and wellbeing, the partners identified the need to bring this field of healthcare into the 21st century and address the needs of the people who take a proactive approach to their own health but who also want the care and environment you would expect in a spa rather than a surgery.
The Clinic on the Green offers a wide range of complementary health therapies, including acupuncture, sports massage, remedial massage and chiropractic treatment, attracting a broad client base.
In addition, the clinic offers early and late appointments to offer flexibility for clients.
Lance Kearon, Director of The Practice Partnership said: "We have all been practicing complementary medicine for a number of years and felt it was time to create and develop our own practice".
"In recent years there has been a steady increase in the use of complementary medicine, as people learn more about its benefits".
"We work in partnership with traditional medicine practices to offer a balanced approach to patent care and can deliver real benefits to patients with a wide range of ailments." After finding suitable premises in York, The Practice Partnership approached Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank following an introduction from brokers, Stirling Knight.
Lance Kearon continues: "Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank spent time with us, getting to know the business and our requirements and put together a bespoke package with full banking tailored to the needs of the business".
"The practice has got off to a great start, exceeding our initial expectations and we look forward to expanding the business further, with a view to opening more clinics as we grow." Darren Smith, Business Banking Manager at Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank's West Yorkshire Business Centre said: "Lance and his partners at The Practice Partnership have vast experience in their chosen fields of complementary medicine and the additional services provided by the independent practitioners at the clinic will help to further develop the business and attract a wider client base".
"I look forward to seeing the Practice Partnership continue to develop and aim to play my part in helping the business to prosper.".
