Vision CCTV is the one to watch as Sheffield entrepreneur completes management buy in deal
Vision CCTV , based in Sheffield has today announced a management buy in deal worth ?400,000, with funding from Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank's South Yorkshire Business Centre.
The new owner is local entrepreneur Tim Ralston who intends to build on the businesses success and capitalise on the growing demand for electronic security Tim Ralston, the new Managing Director of Vision CCTV said: "The electronic security industry has developed significantly over the years, the technology has progressed and demand has increased as businesses become increasingly security conscious." Over the years, Vision CCTV has built up an excellent reputation in the industry and is renowned for its quality products and service, offering a full range of systems and services covering all aspects of electronic security.
Vision CCTV currently employs nine full time staff and will be looking to increase that figure as the business grows.
Peter Davidson, of Vision CCTV will be working closely with the new Managing Director, sharing his extensive knowledge of the industry and playing an important role in the ongoing management of the day to day running of the business.
Tim Ralston continues: "We have secured a number of new contracts and will be looking to expand the business over the next few years".

The deal was introduced to Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank and the South Yorkshire Investment Fund by Hart Shaw Accountants in Sheffield.
