Blunkett joins businesses to celebrate the launch of Alliance and Leicester's new business centre

Rt Hon David Blunkett MP joined businesses from the region to celebrate the successful launch of Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank's South Yorkshire Business Centre, based in Sheffield.

Hosts Andy Cocker (Head of the South Yorkshire Business Centre) his team of Business Banking Managers and David Bennett (Group Chief Executive of Alliance and Leicester plc) led celebrations at a champagne reception held at St Paul's Hotel, Sheffield on Wednesday 5 September 2007.

Since its launch earlier in the year, Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank's South Yorkshire Business Centre, has established itself at the heart of Sheffield's business community and is already making a real difference to businesses in the region looking to expand and develop.
