Alliance and Leicester reviews savings rates
New rates effective from Monday 6 October 2008
Alliance and Leicester is making changes to its savings products.
These changes will take effect from Monday 6 October 2008.
A full list of interest rates can be found in the table below.
Martin Leake, Manager for Savings at Alliance and Leicester said: "Alliance and Leicester is committed to providing a range of products to suit different needs.
For example, eSaver, paying 6.60%, is ideal for long term savings or lump sums and our EasyISA, paying 6.00%, provides a great option for tax free savings.
"For those customers who want an account that is linked to the Bank of England Base Rate, we have our Online Tracker, which pays up to 4.75% gross pa/AER." The changes will be advertised in the national press and in all Alliance and Leicester branches.
