Allianz Retail appoints planning and performance manager
Allianz Retail has appointed Graham Clark to the role of planning and performance manager.
Graham's responsibilities include capacity planning and modelling to ensure the right people are in the right place to deliver the service Allianz customers require.
He will also manage the retail operation's relationship with Allianz Cornhill Information Services (ACIS), who are responsible for providing business processes, systems development and computer services support to Allianz Retail.
Graham was previously head of client management at London and European Title Insurance Services.
Graham said: "I am looking forward to working with my colleagues in Allianz Retail to ensure we are well equipped to deliver against Allianz Retail's five year strategy.".
