Giraffe puts consumers in the driving seat with its new online mortgage application
Giraffe Money has revamped its website and for the first time is offering online applications for direct customers via www.giraffemoney.co.uk
Customers will be taken through a clearly explained seven stage online application process, which comprises eligibility questions, a disclosure document, registration, illustration, approval in principle, full application and case tracking.
Customers can manage their case through a dedicated 'My application' screen, which highlights what stage they are at, and how to move forward.
This development gives the Giraffe customer the control to manage their application online.
It also enables customers to react quickly to limited availability Giraffe best rates products, and ensure they can complete their application in time to secure their chosen product.The redesigned website continues to reflect Giraffe's brand values and is created to appeal to its financially savvy target audience.
Other features of the website include product calculators, lending criteria and guides to ensure customers have all the information they require to apply online for their mortgage.
