Unbeatable Guaranteed Bond rates for BIG investments
See the link at the end of this document for Baronworth's up to date Guaranteed Annual Income, Monthly Income and Growth Bond Surveys.
The anticipated increase in Guaranteed Bond rates for investments up to £99,999 has not yet materialised although we firmly believe that this will happen in the very near future.
In the meantime, the Guaranteed Bond providers are actively looking for investments of £100,000 plus.
Our latest offering is from AIG for investments of £500,000 plus.
We have available a choice of Growth Bonds maturing either on 15 December 2010 or 25 October 2011.
Both Bonds offer the following rates: 6.23% p.a.
net of basic rate tax: (Equivalent to 7.79% p.a.
gross for a basic rate tax payer and 8.31% p.a.
gross for a higher rate tax payer) Notwithstanding the entry level, we are receiving an enormous amount of interest from our clients.
We put this down to, not only the extremely attractive rates, but also a growing lack of confidence in the equity market.
Today's best rate from the survey: 2 years annual income - £50,000 plus - Pinnacle 5.07% P.A.
net of basic rate (Equivalent to 6.34% p.a.
gross for a basic rate tax payer and 6.76% p.a.
gross for a higher rate tax payer) We are often able to obtain significantly higher rates for investments of £100,000 plus.
These enquiries are dealt with on an individual basis.
