BUPA completes acquisition of leading
care home businesses in Australia and
New Zealand
BUPA today announced it has completed the acquisition of the Amity Group in Australia and Guardian Health Care in New Zealand.
BUPA announced an agreement to acquire the controlling interest in the DCA Agedcare Group from DIAC Holdings in October It has now received all necessary approvals from Australian and New Zealand regulators.Together Amity and Guardian have 96 aged care homes, 7,000 aged care beds and a combined annual turnover of AU$328million
