Salford woman wins excellence award from Bupa
A Salford local has scooped £250 for superior customer service at an award ceremony, run by Bupa.
Ann Hart, who works in the customer services team in Bupa's Salford Quays offices, has received an excellence award and prize money of £250 in recognition of her professionalism and commitment to always putting the customer first.
Her prize is a part of Bupa's One Life Awards, which recognise the company's brightest and most innovative talent.
Oke Eleazu, customer services director at Bupa UK Health Insurance, said: "We believe it is important to congratulate employees who go the extra mile and give exceptional service.
Ann Hart has done just that in her role - she is a real asset to our Salford customer services team." Speaking about her customer service philosophy, Ann Hart explained: "I always try to put myself in the customer's shoes, understanding their needs and taking away their worries by doing all I can to help" One Bupa customer praised Ann for caring attitude and diligence: "Ann made what was a very difficult time a lot easier - she was warm, caring and helped put my mind at rest about my health concerns".
Anne Hart has worked at Bupa's Salford Quays offices for 7 and half years.
