Cicero announces the shortlist for their 2008 Platform of the Year Award
Cicero Consulting has polled a selection of industry experts for their nominations for the best UK retail fund platform. The five nominees receiving the most votes were:
Cofunds.
Nucleus.
Selestia Investment Solutions.
Standard Life.
Transact.
The nominations were provided by representatives from life and pension providers, consultants, asset managers, IFAs and other distributors.
The winner will be announced at Cicero's International Platform Conference in London next Thursday, 28 February.
Nominations were provided by the conference speakers - the final vote will be conducted amongst all delegates and speakers.Holly Mackay, Chair of two-day event, comments, "This award is particularly interesting as it will be voted for by a wide selection of industry participants and represents the views of providers as well as distributors.
The nominations indicated a clear favourite but we'll see what happens on the day and whether the bigger cross-section of delegates agree with the speakers' nominations.
