Defaqto's Aequos Engage goes from to strength
Since its launch in 2006 Defaqto's Aequos Engage has gone from strength to strength, becoming the preferred provider for eight IFA networks.
Aequos Engage is an online product and fund research engine specifically designed for IFAs and covers equity release, life, pensions and investments - including wrap.
With over 4,000 users Aequos Engage has been instrumental in the placement of £2bn worth of IFA investment business since it launched two years ago.
Recent enhancements to the fully compliant tool include the introduction of suitability letter writing.
Peter Chadborn, Principle of CBK (Colchester) and user of Aequos Engage, says: "We were early adopters of Aequos Engage which we like because we prefer to have evidence of more than one of piece of research on file and it has an excellent filtering system, as we like to concentrate on the features and benefits of a plan as well as the price." Paul Watson, Product Manager of Aequos Engage at Defaqto, says: "We are obviously extremely pleased with the success of Engage which has become an integral part of the advice process for an increasingly growing number of advisers.
Thanks to customer feedback we have exciting enhancements in the life and protection and investment fund research areas for later this year.
It is a testament to our commitment to continually enhance our proposition for the benefit of our users.".
