Frontline Solutions has linked up with Experian to offer motor finance brokers a complete solution that will enhance their efficiency and increase their performance

Experian's Car Data Check, one of the automotive industry's most trusted provenance services, has been integrated into one of Frontline Solutions' most successful products, DealTrak - an application processing system for finance brokers.

Motor finance brokers, when processing an application, have to carry out a status check on the vehicle about to be financed.

This partnership will enable finance brokers to check the status and valuation details of a car instantly, as well as update any missing vehicle description, while at the same time processing the application for finance - all on one system.

Andy Shuter, Director of Frontline Solutions, said: "We have always worked closely with our clients to develop solutions in response to their specific needs, so that they remain productive and profitable.

"DealTrak already makes the whole application process more efficient by taking away the requirement to fill out a number of paper applications before sending them off to various finance providers.

With DealTrak, brokers just have to input customer details once and these details will be electronically transferred to various appropriate loan companies.

"This further development came as a result of a specific request from our clients, who wanted to make the application process even more efficient.

Some of the our clients were already using Experian's Car Data Check and specifically asked for it to be integrated into the system.

"DealTrak was already making an impact in the motor finance sector, but thanks to the integration of Experian's Car Data Check, DealTrak now stands out from other similar solutions.

"Our clients have been extremely pleased with the speed in which is it was integrated and Experian's flexibility and efficiency has really helped the process." One of the first motor finance brokers to sign up to the new and improved system is Auto Credit Finance .

Established in 1994, it deals with a number of different finance companies across the UK, specialising in providing affordable and competitive vehicle finance for customers with disadvantaged credit profiles.

Neil Mulhall, Director of Auto Credit Finance , said: "Auto Credit Finance used to be a mainly paper based company, but DealTrak has revolutionised the way we work.

However, we still had to run checks on cars separately and we felt that if the solution included this service, it would drastically speed things up and make life easier for us.

"Auto Credit Finance is a very well known credit broker with many years experience and it is trusted by some of the leading lenders in the industry.

The vehicles we put forward for finance need to be accurately valued and their details have to be correct, so for this we needed a trustworthy service.

"We have been using Experian's Car Data Check for a number of years now and have been very happy with the level of service and the quality of the data, so naturally we wanted the DealTrak system to integrate Experian's solution.

"We are very pleased with the more enhanced DealTrak and how quickly Car Data Check was integrated.

The full solution has had a positive impact on our business." Kirk Fletcher, Managing Director of Experian's Automotive division, said: "Experian has been developing partnerships with key players in order to meet the increasing demands in the industry for more efficiency and speed.

With this in mind, we are delighted that Frontline Solutions has chosen to work with Experian in order to provide its motor finance clients with Car Data Check." Ends.
