Miles Bingham, Head of Savings and Investments, said: "Family Investments welcomes the news that the Financial Services Authority plans to provide guidance to new parents on financial matters.
Expectant parents simply enter the chosen name for their little one (or let the Baby Name Game choose for them), to discover some fascinating facts.
The Baby Name Game can show how the choice of name could affect their child's future - will they find fame on the silver screen, become a sporting icon or top the UK's rich list? The Baby Name Game will also tell you how popular a name is, both locally and nationally.
Miles Bingham, Marketing Director of Family Investments, said: "Choosing a name is another of those important hurdles for new parents and this is both a fun and informative tool to help lighten the load." To further relieve some of the other stresses and strains for parents-to-be, Family Investments recently introduced a unique Due Dates Service to help remind parents to claim their free £250 from the Government.
The Service allows prospective parents to register with Family to receive an easy to read mini-guide explaining the CTF scheme.
After their due date has passed, Family will send the new parents a timely reminder so they don't forget to set up their child's account.
A typical stakeholder account, topped up with the average £22 per month could mean a fund of almost £9,000 by the time their child is 18.
Mr Bingham added: "Unique tools such as the Baby Name Game and our Due Dates service confirms our place as the CTF provider that is committed to supporting parents through some of the most important decisions they will ever make for their child." Why not try out the game by visiting www.babynamegame.co.uk.
