New head of cards for price comparison site
Steve Willey joins from Lifestyle Services group
Steve Willey is to replace Rob Kenley as head of credit cards at price comparison site moneysupermarket.com.Rob's move to a moneysupermarket.com Group PLC strategy role necessitated the recruitment of Steve from Lifestyle Services group where he was associate sales director.
Steve, who will be the main point of contact for credit card customers, providers and the media, has over 14 years' experience in the financial services sector.
Steve was co-founder of Affinity Cards Limited/First Prepay where, as chief marketing officer, he was involved in launching prepaid card programs for companies including lastminute.com, Club 18-30 and talkSPORT.
Steve also spent two years at HFC and a decade at MBNA where his management roles included portfolio acquisition and integration, marketing, e-commerce and online banking.
Stuart Glendinning, managing director at moneysupermarket.com, said: "Steve's appointment will enable moneysupermarket.com to further develop its many card and payment related services including credit cards, prepaid cards and travel money.
