Standard Life Bank extends Freestyle Professional Mortgage range

Standard Life Bank is today extending its popular Freestyle Professional Mortgage range, launching a new two-year fixed rate mortgage with the option of offsetting.

The flexible mortgage specialist is offering professionals from 16 different fields the opportunity to borrow up to 100 per cent of the property's value or up to five times their salary at a fixed rate of 5.89% until 24/04/091, with the market's lowest arrangement fee of just £2992.

Professionals can also opt to activate an offsetting feature on their mortgage, when they apply, for a fee of £99.
