The changes have been developed in conjunction with advisers, following online research, in order to ensure the Commission Service is easy to use and meets their needs Initial access to Commission Services now offers advisers the choice from a number of options

The changes have been made in response to recent online research conducted by Standard Life which revealed two-thirds of advisers want to track their commission electronically in the future.Ross Dunlop, Sales E-commerce Manager, said:"Our research shows that advisers are keener to use e-commission than ever before.
We have seen an increase in the usage of Commission Services on the adviserzone as well as an increase in the number of adviser firms that are receiving electronic commission statements direct to their Client Relationship Management system.
"I believe we are on the verge of a step change in how advisers receive commission statements and how they use technology to reconcile those statements.".
