Standard Life will publish its Q1 2008
Interim Management Statement on 30 April
2008 at 0700.
Attached is a consensus of analyst forecasts which has been collated by Standard Life. This has been based on 11 forecasts submitted.
Worldwide life and pensions sales consensus forecast is £4,078m (2007: £4,082m), a forecasted decrease of less than 1% Forecast range is £3,829m to £4,510m

Please note that our UK Group Pensions sales figures have been redefined to include Retail TIP, with the corresponding reduction reflected within Institutional Pensions (formerly Investments (TIP and PPIP)).
Prior period comparisons have been restated accordingly.

All sales figures above are on a PVNBP basis.
All comparators are with Q1 2007.
